Overview

First Year Earning Potential: $66 – $102K /year (UNCAPPED COMPENSATION & PREFORMANCE BONUS)

We are looking for a talented and go-getter to work as a Market Manager. If you have worked in as aMulti-Unit Wireless Manager this could be a great fit for you. We need a person that can be ourgo-to point-person at store level. You'll manage up to 10 Walmart Wireless Locations and inspire a team of awesome Mobile Experts. Your mission: surpass sales goals, while creating flawless customer experience.  

You'll do this by:

  • Building your own sales team
  • Being an operational wizard, running your locations efficiently and maximizing profitability
  • Coaching and creating a great team with a collaborative spirit and passion for sales 
  • Rolling up your sleeves and selling side by side with team every day
  • Inspiring the team with your presence and work ethic
  • leading an incentive sales team”
  • Keeping up to date on product knowledge to help your team deliver the right solutions

  • Positive attitude and highly self-motivated…BRING THE ENERGY!
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations. A MUST HAVE!
  • Understands WEEKLY key performance indicators and financial/operational performance data and has the proven ability to translate into action plans.
  • Demonstrated success in staffing stores with high quality SALES candidates. 
  • Highly effective at coaching, training and developing a sales team and achieving results through clear performance expectations and accountability.
  • 2 or more years of experience in direct sales and sales management experience in an operationally-sound retail environment or in fields involving consumer technology, applications and content.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and store locations.
  • Established reputation for honest/ethical leadership and leading by example.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Well-developed ability to make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.).

Summary of Position

Your position will support our Client, AT&T and oversee 10 individuals in 10 Walmart Locations selling AT&T Products including Wireless, Entertainment and Internet Services. To be successful in this role you will need to reinforce trainings, establish sales targets and ensure that T-ROC meet and exceeds the goals that have been provided to us by our Client – AT&T. As part of this role, you will also need to visit each of these location on a regular basis to motivate, ensure execution steps are being followed while supporting your team with a positive approach and attitude.
