Purpose:
T&J Heating, A/C and Plumbing is a full-service heating, air conditioning and plumbing organization, providing new installation, repairs and ongoing maintenance services to commercial and residential clients throughout New England.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Administrator to join our growing team with the goal of managing and developing a diverse team of trade employees while over seeing full project installation for our expanding customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Construction Department including both new and remodel projects, responding promptly and professionally to address any calls or correspondences from clients
- Develop and present project plans to meet or exceed customer requests, plans will include financials, inventory, permit, and workforce requirements
- Provide Construction team with remote ongoing support in the areas of customer service, data entry and scheduling
- Complete warranty returns and ensure credits are received
- Lead and/or assist upper management with all construction related projects
- Partner with sales staff as needed to create accurate sales proposals and manage clients expectations
- Partner and negotiate with vendors to ensure most competitive pricing available
- Create construction invoices based on labor and materials and distribute invoices
- Regular follow up with customers to ensure expectations are being meet/exceeded
- Monthly customer statement distribution
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree preferred, will consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education.
· Preference for prior project management experience in a construction industry
· Experience developing project proposals and implementation
· Basic Reading, writing, and math calculations

- Strong interpersonal skills both verbal/written, including the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and manage multiple customer concerns while maintaining sound business decisions
- Strong personal time management skills and the ability to manage others time efficiently
