Job Description
T&H Realty Services, a leading residential Property Management Company located in Indianapolis, is searching for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work on a variety of single-family homes throughout Central Indiana. Successful candidates must possess the following:
- 3 years of experience performing hands on residential maintenance repairs.
- Good computer skills with the ability to use mobile technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform a variety of different plumbing repairs, light electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
- Excellent follow-thru, customer service and organizational skills.
- Equipped with the tools of the trade.
- Ability to work independently and inside a team environment.
- Available to take rotating 24 hour emergency calls.
- Valid Indiana Driver's License and good driving record.
- Applicants subject to drug testing and criminal background checks.
