Job Summary

Provide project management, team coordination, activity and action item tracking, integrated product team collaboration, briefings, documentation and organizational processes support to a major Navy networks acquisition program.

Responsibilities and Duties

Directly support a Government client in the management and coordination of program team activities, tasks, meetings, actions and events. Develop action tracking processes, manage meetings and collaboration activities across multiple disciplines and Program Offices. Develop briefings, decision papers and status reports for program team accomplishments, issues and plans. Generate meeting agendas, minutes, action lists and follow-up with team tasking to ensure accomplishment. Provide responses to program inquiries on activity and tasking status. Coordinate responses to data calls and assigned actions.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Minimum of six (6) years Program Management experience in defense industry/Department of the Navy or comparable Government Agencies. Minimum of four (4) years of program management experience with Navy C4I Systems. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a Navy Afloat network program (such as ADNS, CANES, SubLAN, or AI).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence in clear concise language in the appropriate form and style. Team building and cross-functional organization skills will be helpful. Must be proactive with a strong willingness to learn, take direction, and work independently.

Education Requirements

Bachelor´s degree from an accredited college or university (4 years of specialized contracting experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree).

Certifications

Must meet eligibility requirements for access to federally controlled information and facilities as the Secret level. PMP and/or DAWIA Level III in program management desirable.
