Job Summary
Responsible for assembly of various types of electronic & RF Cable assemblies. Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Tasking to include (but not limited to) Connector Fabrication, Repair of Connectors (IAW Mil-Standards), Interpreting electronic circuit diagrams, wiring schematics and configurations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the fabrication and integration of C4ISR systems into multiple variants of DOD Tactical Systems and Vehicles. Fabricate cable assemblies per Mil - Stds. along with assembling various mounts integrated into Crafts/Vehicles. Support technical team members in the fabrication, integration, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits. Perform on-site installations of equipment and products. Position would also involve receipt of Government Furnished Property and Government Furnished information. Completion of DD-1149 documents as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Five years experience required.
Cable Assembly, Connector Fabrication, Repair of Failed Connectors, Interpreting Electronic Circuit Diagrams, Interpreting Wiring Schematics and Configurations, Electronics Repair, Maintenance and Checkout, Computer Operator skills and knowledge/use of various Microsoft basic operating systems and programs.

Not Required - Preferred IPC-J-STD-001 - Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies IPC-A-610 - Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies IPC/WHMA-A-620 - Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
