Champion agile methodologies throughout the development process and adherence to the SDLC - this includes leading scrum teams, driving all scrum team ceremonies, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Managing projects/teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of traditional SDLC and Agile environments.
- Planning, scheduling and controlling Information Technology projects.
- Proactively driving the full software development life cycle from inception through post-production.
- Effectively monitoring progress against project plans, identifying risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Creating detailed schedules, burndown and velocity charts, project progress reports, and other deliverables essential to project execution and control.
- Coordinating development and delivery activities among various project participants and stakeholders.
- Mentoring other team members on project management techniques and deliverables.
- Managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and resources in support of all project activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of five years experience as a Project Manager in enterprise and consumer Software Development or Information Technology projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Must be results driven with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Demonstrated flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- PMP and/or ScrumMaster Certification preferred.
- Little to no travel required.
