Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for ensuring the Business Development Managers have a consistent pipeline of qualified mid-enterprise organizations that fit our ideal customer profile. The Sales Development Representative’s primary responsibility will be to qualify and secure incremental meetings with qualified prospects for your respective Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be skillfully assessing and following-up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner; as well as identifying and generating new leads through direct outreach efforts such as email, cold call, and appropriate digital touch points.

Salary Range: OTE $48,000-$77,000 (base uncapped commission/bonus)
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated pay range for Colorado applicants for this role is OTE $48,000-$77,000 (base uncapped commission/bonus). Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.
