Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking a Sr. Staff Sales Enablement star to drive effective Sales Enablement programs globally. This action-oriented person will leverage industry knowledge, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Product Management to develop and run programs and content solutions. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years' experience in sales enablement, demonstrating strategic thinking as well as the ability to adopt to new directions quickly.
You will work closely with the sales team to deliver and monitor effective sales enablement.
tools and solutions to ensure a highly optimized sales process.
This includes:
Driving effective delivery of Sales Enablement programs that help drive sales deliver to
revenue, pipeline, productivity, and activity goals.
Doing needs review with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Sales Operations teams to develop
programs and content.
Partner with Sales and CSG leadership to standardize sales messaging and sales process for the
GTM organization.
Define and create curricula, content, and resources for new/existing employees for the relevant
Sales Enablement programs.
Organize content in our Sales Enablement system, monitor, and report on usage and content effectiveness.
Create and use metrics and performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and continuously drive the enablement strategy.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000 to $227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
