Description:
We are looking for a team player, a professional person, with an attitude of “I can get it done” personality to lead the recruiting efforts, in addition to supporting the company with the administrative work requirements. This position will require 25% office administration work and the rest of the time will be focused on recruiting efforts that are absolutely needed to help the company grow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Preparing price quotes and proposals as needed
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Increasing the number of qualified applicants in our database
- Analyzing candidate information, using our database, to determine matches between candidates and project requirements.
- Prioritizing and tracking job orders to fulfill client needs
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with consultants.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Offering job positions and helping with completing the relevant paperwork.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on their application process.
- Familiarizing yourself with industry trends, including clients and market.
- Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree
- Agility to fully leverage technology tools to deliver more results effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute plans
- Proficiency using computer software (Word, Excel, .. etc.), calendaring and shared drives.
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven work environment
