About the job
The Corporate Recruiter is a strategic role responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across various business units within the company. Key tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating with hiring managers and HR for feedback and offer management, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment. A background in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, outline job postings, and develop sourcing strategies.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and HR for feedback and offer management.
4. Utilize various channels (job portals, networking, social media, etc.) to find potential candidates.
5. Develop a robust candidate pipeline and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure recruitment timelines are met.
7. Participate in job fairs and industry conferences; network with industry professionals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a corporate setting.
3. Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, databases, job posting sites, and social media networks.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Exceptional time management and organization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
8. Knowledge of the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related industry is a plus.
