Synectics for Management Decisions Inc is Hiring a Remote ColdFusion Developer - Remote (Part-Time)
We are seeking a ColdFusion Developer to join our IT Operations & Maintenance team and support our Federal Government customer in Washington, DC. The position is a part-time remote role.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Design, code, test, and deploy software deliverables for ColdFusion-based applications.
- Provide maintenance and enhancements to the federal customer's existing federal IT system.
- Work on both technical and functional aspects of the customer's projects, interacting and collaborating with a team of developers, business analysts, system administrators, project managers, and customer stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in software development with ColdFusion.
- Experience in JavaScript along with experience with Oracle and SQL Database
- Proficient in ServiceNow.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to set goals and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- ITIL certification is a plus!
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired:
- Government contracting experience; experience working on an IT Project Team.
Job Type:
- Part-Time
- 100% Remote
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, possible additional days if necessary
