Essential Duties and Responsibilities

***This position requires previous Department of Veterans Affairs experience***

• Document and VA approved Government project, software, and requirement management tools
• Review and edit existing data in the project, software, and requirement management tools or other VA approved tool to prepare them for completeness, final delivery, publication, prioritization, and/or dissemination.
• Draft, review, and provide input to documents. These documents may include status reports, emails, meeting agendas, meeting notes, presentations, briefs, program and project management plans, policy documents, information requests, leadership documents, functional/business documents, training artifacts such as job aids and user guides, requirements, epics, technical documents.
• Provide detailed comments on all documents reviewed, outlining issues, inconsistencies, and providing specific, actionable, and corrective recommendations
• Maintain document and data repositories utilizing the existing product line and/or program/project level Government hosted SharePoint Sites, and/or VA Approved Tools related to program functions
• File Naming Convention. Devise and follow COR concurrence to promulgate and apply a file naming convention for program electronic documents. This naming convention shall consider document names, author names, version/revision number, and date format.
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to identify needs for creation, editing, and reviewing of both formal and informal program and project documents and data related to BTRS functions
• Document VA approved Government project, software, and requirement management tools. Review and edit existing data in the project, software, and requirement management tools or other VA approved tool to prepare them for completeness, final delivery, publication, prioritization, and/or dissemination.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must have previous Veterans Affairs Experience
• Must have experience with Adobe Pro DC
• 508 compliance experience mandatory
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall company success
• Must have experience working in an Agile IT environment

• 8 years experience
