What You'll Do

• Lead the global product development, quality, and release teams in delivering the company’s flagship next-gen Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM 360) solution for Digital Manufacturing.
• Build and manage MOM 360’s full-stack product, system, and deployment architecture end to end.
• Responsible for product development and timely release of the software.
• Responsible for product documentation and release process.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing extensible and configurable enterprise systems in any domain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in latest cloud technologies ( AWS, Azure or GCP) and on-premise.
• Consummate understanding of Software Engineering principles and practices from Design to Deployment and product support
• Experience in managing a geographically distributed development organization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, playing the role of a scrum master or release train engineer.
• Experience in developing enterprise grade solutions using JAVA and .NET.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and document databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience working with front end technologies such as NodeJS, Angular or ReactJS.
• Experience working with Container based orchestration like Kubernetes, GitOps principles, Monitoring tools etc.
• Nice to have – Understanding of AI-based technologies, time-series data, and data intense solutions with visualization.
• Experience in managing the team’s performance using a data-driven and process-oriented metrics.
• Experience in reporting to higher management on the status of the product development, risks and expected outcomes.

Additional Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. MS in computer science is preferred.
• Solution Architect certification on one of the leading Hyperscalar Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, google cloud) is nice to have.
• Certification in agile methodology is optional.
• Travel to customer sites as needed under the auspices of sales and product management.
