Job Summary

Symphony Industrial AI - Digital Manufacturing is looking for a talented Account Manager that will be responsible for driving new business development from initial prospecting to close. 

The Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, subject matter experts and technical solution architects to develop solutions that meet client’s needs. Success for the Account Manager will be measured by their ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales from prospect to close.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas on prospective targets
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to deliver resources that can increase sales

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as 5 years of sales, account management and sales operations. 
  • Experience in CRM software and professional service sales environment.
  • Hands on sales experience with the ability to both pursue, manage, and close new strategic accounts
  • Superb strategic, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and develop strategies, partnering with other leaders to create an aggressive yet manageable path.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence high-level decision makers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal constituents both on the service delivery side and throughout a high collaborative team-based sales process.
