Job Summary:
The Human Resources Director serves as the industry expert with all Human Resources federal and state compliance laws, FMLA and worker’s compensation. Serves as administrative support in communicating Symphony benefit plans. Primary responsibility for recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members. Partners with the building Administrator and HR in the development of effective recruitment and retention initiatives. Partners with department and organizational leaders on any site specific and systemwide process improvements initiatives.
