Status: Full-tine Day Shift

As the Admissions Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of but are not limited to:

  • ` Internally support census and marketing for both assisted living and skilled nursing.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical on customer service programs.
  • Work closely with the in house DIrector to obtain necessary authorization for admission and initiates guest records.
  • Call and tour prospective guests/families
  • Coordinate and inform the nursing staff of scheduled admissions.
  • Admit and complete admission papers for new guests.
  • Maintain required admission records, census, guest register, insurance, and other records as required.
  • Support and execute the center sales plans with the team.

Employment Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Sales and Marketing Focused: Support and execute the center sales plans.

Education:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Associate’s degree or higher is preferred

Experience:

  • Customer Service Focused: Collaborate with operations and clinical on customer service programs.
  • Experience in long-term care or related healthcare fields is preferred.
