SWJ TECHNOLOGY, LLC is Hiring a Quality Auditor Near Sylacauga, AL
PURPOSE:
To be the main contact for Quality Auditors topics, manage and verify the activities of the Team leaders and Quality Audits to ensure that the standardized work is followed in the production floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support layered process audit
- Support Process audits
- Customer audits
- Follow up to quality improvement plans
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Systems Auditor.
- Working knowledge of TS16949 and automotive Quality Standards.
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP process, and SPC techniques.
- Knowledge of Problem-Solving Techniques (8D, Fishbone diagram).
- Word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of data collection and elaboration techniques (Pareto, Pie Chart, Frequency Distribution)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours or more
- Must be able to sit long hours at a desk
- Must be able to work weekends and extended shifts as needed
FLSA STATUS/WORKING SCHEDULE:
- Location: Sylacauga, AL
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Core Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Overtime: As needed.
- Weekend Work: As needed.
- Assignment Start: ASAP
