PURPOSE: 

Under general supervision this position is responsible for actions analysis, monitoring and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and analyze data related to actions failure rates, trends, status, and other information as needed to support target achievement.
• Create custom visualizations and reporting dashboards.
• Create comprehensive reports to support steering committees at all levels of the organization that will allow decision making.
• Interface with Quality and Logistics teams to align KPIs and identify potential improvement.
• Support the action management team ensuring on time and accurate information and report availability
• Align KPIs and reports with the Central Quality organization as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering
• Two (2) years practical work experience in Data Analysis and Process Definition
• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the following areas: Supply Chain Management or Transportation Management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Two (2) years’ experience with data analysis
• Excellent skills/experience in use of conventional PC programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Working experience with Microsoft Excel macros and other data analysis functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills important for data storytelling.
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and initiatives to meet desired deadlines and to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate initiative and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to quickly identify business risks and opportunities

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Working experience of PLUS, and MRS system.
• Knowledge of data discovery, data preparation, and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of Data life cycle from discovery, loading, cleaning, transforming, managing, analyzing, and making such data easily accessible
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Business Objects, QlikView, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge of key automation technology trends & application (A.I., RPA - robotic process automation, Data Mining & Analytics, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• • Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.

  • Assignment Start: ASAP
  • Assignment End: 1 Year Contract
