As a Mailroom Clerk focused on delivering exceptional customer service, you can expect to work in a technology-driven environment where the tactical work you do has an immediate and visible impact on our operations!
Your Job
· Handle, sort/distribute envelopes, and packages, and assist with facilities needs and requests. Your goal will be to ensure our mail reaches its recipients on time and in good condition.
· Track packages- Set up notifications, track/re-route critical packages. Use of a hand-held scanner to scan in overnight packages and boxes.
· Provide exceptional customer service: Help customers pack & label outgoing packages.
· Process returns and store packages in lockers or deliver within the building to the recipient.
· Shift: Full-Time, 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Requirements
· 1 year of any customer service, hands-on retail work or similar experience
· Ability to learn quickly on the job
· Proven track record of being reliable, punctual, and professional
· A genuine passion to do a good job!
· Must work well with others on a team and with a variety of customers
· Able to lift/push/pull objects, perform data entry work & stand/sit/walk throughout your shift
