What does a Field Service Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? As Field Service Supervisor you will oversee the cooler mover and delivery teams in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for supervising the service technician’s daily schedules and dispatching service calls to the technicians as needed based upon priority and geographical areas. To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure clear and concise communication with department managers, employees and internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: Monitor technicians work schedules; route service notifications based on location and skill set. Maintain communication with service technicians. Monitor productivity using various reporting tools. Respond to incoming emails and or calls relating to special requests, projects or sales support requests. Maintain the mapping zones for the areas of coverage, adjusting as the market dictates. Assist in parts management. Consult with customers on installation needs. Conduct audits of work performed to maintain quality. Ensure that employees are properly trained and have the proper tools to complete the job. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent – college degree a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per company guidelines. Excellent electrical, mechanical and technical service skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maneuver & move large pieces of equipment (i.e. vending machines). Must be self-motivated and be able perform tasks with minimal supervision. Demonstrate dependability, maturity, initiative, and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Supervisory and presentation skills a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends when assigned.
