What is a Business Intelligence Analyst II responsible for at Swire Coca-Cola, USA? The Business Intelligence Analyst II will own the Data Management process which will feed Business Intelligence reporting platforms, as well as develop reporting and ad-hoc analysis for the Category Analysis team in support of internal stakeholders. The individual in this role will develop an expertise of the Beverage market, 1st & 3rd party data sources, and retail strategy. The tools developed in this role will serve as an excellent foundation to build a career at Swire Coca-Cola. The Category & Market Insights Department develops data driven strategies to best position Swire Coca-Cola brands and customers to succeed in the highly competitive Beverage Industry. The Category Analysis team is squarely focused on informing strategies which will grow Swire Brand and Category share faster than the competition.Responsibilities:· Top to Bottom management of all incoming data streams for the Category Analysis, Business Insights, and Category Advisory teams, to include syndicated, customer, 3rd Party and internal data sources· Collaborate with Data Warehousing and IT teams for data engineering and modeling requirements· Proficiency with building relevant reporting and visualizations via DOMO, PowerBI, and Azure SQL which meet CA and Stakeholder needs for effective business analysis· Develop improvements to existing reporting through automation and integration· Promptly and accurately document all data management and reporting production processes· Analyze customer, syndicated and other third-party data sources which are used in category analysis to develop proficiency in best-in-class Category Analysis standards· Support Category Analysis work to develop expertise in retail strategy and how to position Swire brands to succeed in the market· Responsible for effectively training Category Analyst I on data systems and incoming Data Management processes (as needed)· Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders· Use large and complex data sets to produce reporting and insightsRequirements:· Bachelor’s degree· 2 years’ work experience producing business intelligence reporting and analysis· Preferred experience in Beverage or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry· Experience with SQL Databases and Business Intelligence reportingtools and workflow· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)· Knowledge of sales, business processes, forecasting, and planning· Organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, influence, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and work independently· Manage ambiguity by developing solutions to unsolved problems
