SWIM USA is a designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in the Lehigh Valley/Easton area. We are 84 years young and seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry, and external reporting platforms.

• Reviewing and validating data; ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed.
• Articulately and concisely explain the implications of complex data.
• Develop methodologies to improve data analysis; create policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data.
• Define requirements and provide simplified explanations to all teams within the organization.
• Develop dashboards, create reports, and support users within the platform.
• Synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 2 years in an analytical position.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
• Experience integrating new software and programs to data services.

• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Engages in active listening
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically. Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a member of a team to work with other departments, such as when implementing new data analysis software.
• Thorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at large.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Associate's Degree in related field

Skills: Ability to work well with all levels of management and warehouse associates, possesses good communication skills, organized, problem solver, and has strong math/computer skills

Travel: Negligible
