Swim and Tri is a leader in the competitive swim team outfitting industry. We are currently looking for full time and part time retail & event sales associates to work out of our Knoxville, TN location. Approximately 30-40 hours per week to include regular retail store hours, warehouse, as well as pop up shops at swim meets within a two to six hour drive of Knoxville (throughout AL, GA, NC, MS, VA) on the weekends (approximately two per month -- more if desired). Accommodations provided along with daily per diem. Trailer experience preferred.

Traditional retail and warehouse duties as well as off site expos where you’ll be setting up our store by merchandising displays, setting up the signage for promos, and selling our merchandise to families at the swim meets.

Requirements:

• Customer service / retail experience
• Friendly, outgoing, and sociable personality
• Basic computer skills - POS experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently, and make decisions as needed
• Reliable transportation to drive to swim meets -- company may provide rental van for select events
• Must be available on weekends, as early as 5:30 am
• Able to move and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to stand for an extended amount of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
