Scope of Position:

The primary responsibility of this role is the finance coordination ofall capital projects to be on time and in budget. Coordinate activities between Finance, Business Development & Engineering team (BD&E) and Fixed Assets team (FA) to ensure that projects are being efficiently and properlyexecuted from creation to closing. Additional responsibilities include coordinate assets accounting with BD&E and supporting finance team in financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination ofall capital projects to be on time and in budget;
• Work directly with Finance, BD&E team and FA team to enter projects into systems and ensure proper routing of those projects is completed timely;
• Perform financial analysis for payback and ROI;
• Ensure all AFE documentsare completed properly and to requirements;
• Work with BD&E team and FA team to execute PO’s in a timely fashion;
• Follow up with vendors to ensure PO’s are received;
• Complete all GR/IR transactions as invoices come through, get routed for approval and payment;
• Serve as POC for all vendors, progress payments and final payments are completed per contracted plans;
• Work directly with individual Plant Controller and BD&E manager to drive accurate cost reporting and timely to ensure spending stays on track;
• Make individual line movements to allow for variances in the project budget and additional PO execution;
• At the end of the project, ensure all invoices are paid, PO’s closed out, and execute the closing process;
• Work directly with Plant Controllers and BD&E to ensure all assets are accurate in the system;
• Ensure at project completion, all affected assets are handled per the direction of the BD&E project manager (in-service/retired/idled/scrapped);
