We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in Las Vegas, NV to support our Owner. The ideal candidates will have a strong accounting and administrative background. As part of the accounting department, this position will report to our CFO. 

How You Will Make an Impact

As Swickard Auto Group continues to grow, the need for additional team members to maintain operational efficiency is critical. In the role of Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be directly responsible for supporting a wide variety of accounting and administrative needs that will allow our executive team and our Owner additional margin to lead our company and efficiently direct operations.

• Communicating clearly with Owner and Supervisor across multiple channels (phone and email) utilizing exceptional verbal and written communication. 
• Work with team to effectively coordinate the interactions between personal, business personal and business requirements.
• Build relationships in a Matrix environment that allows for efficient and effective exchange of information required to achieve goals.
• Proactively learns needs to process and execute on them. 
• Maintain accurate accounting and records including reconciling bank accounts 
• Processing various business tax forms accurately and efficiently
• Effectively managing Owners accounts payable
• Creating comprehensive financial statements and related financial reports as needed
• Account for fixed assets
• Maintain a coherent system of accounts with a supporting filing system
• Completes other duties as assigned

Skills Needed to Win: 

• Unquestionable Integrity
• Previous experience in a family office or personal accounting
• Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding clerical, administrative, and organization skills
• Ability to effectively manage time
• A strong desire to succeed
• Computer, email and internet proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn and participate in the changes with regards to financial and other operating systems.
• Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Dynamics accounting software a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field a major plus.
