How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle 



What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
  • Enthusiastically greet customers 
  • Maintain lot display and merchandising materials on vehicles
  • Valet customer vehicles
  • Keep vehicles organized
  • Transport vehicles to and from other locations
  • Wash and prepare vehicles for pickup
  • Maintain cleanliness for all vehicles
  • Inspects vehicles out of detail
  • Detail sold vehicles for customers

  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets

  • Possess a valid in-state driver's license and pass a motor vehicle report assessment and possess an acceptable safe driving record
