The Executive Assistant is a Doer who is comfortable with supporting, organizing, and executing the work of our executive team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for (supporting executives by) handling clerical tasks and correspondence. (Serves as a link between the executives and remaining staff.)
Effectively maintains office administration to include but not limited to managing calendars, organizing internal and external meetings, arranging travel,
welcoming visitors, accepting/screening/ routing calls and emails, and taking and reporting messages.
Works closely with Vice President to contribute to better organization and planning and improve relevant operations and procedures. Reports weekly office progress.
Create and manage internal database systems. Maintain current databases (Google, Dropbox, etc.).
Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business- related meetings as requested according to the approved budget
Organize and oversee shipping and receiving processes, accepting and shipping packages as needed.
Manage all bookkeeping and prepare expense reporting
(Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the executives and) completes other
administrative and project duties as requested.
