SweatHouz started in Atlanta less than two years ago and currently has 9 studios in Georgia, Massachusetts, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas.

This Position:

SweatHouz is expanding nationwide and we’re looking for a passionate, driven Sales Associate for our Mt. Pleasant, SC location. Starting hourly wage is $15.

• Flexible schedules, but must be open to working day, evening and/or Saturday and Sunday shifts as needed
• Medical/Dental/Vision for Full-Time employees
• Free SweatHouz membership

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the studio
• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
• Sell memberships and build the value with every interaction
• Book and edit member and guest appointments via MindBody
• Maintain daily contact and follow-up logs
• Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions
• Help maintain an organized and clean studio, lobby and front desk area
• Assist Studio Cleaners with suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each session
• Assist Studio Cleaners with laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)
