Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our staff as a Client Services Representative. We are a Third Party Logistics Provider (3PL) in Greer/Greenville, South Carolina. We have over 30 years’ experience and we currently operate 454,000 square feet of warehouse space and a fleet of bonded trucks. This position is responsible for customer service and order processing for all receipts and shipments.

 

Responsibilities include

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Written and verbal communication with customers
  • Written and verbal communication with managers and leadership on a frequent basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous shipping/receiving and inventory control experience preferred
  • Excellent math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Web Portals
