We are a transport and warehousing company that is an ISO certified logistics provider in Greer, South Carolina. We have over 20 years of experience, 350,000 square feet of warehouse space, operating a Foreign Trade Zone and a fleet of bonded trucks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our staff as an Accounting Clerk. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Perform AR/Collections tasks in a frequent manner
• Perform AP entry tasks for multiple companies/entities
• Enter key data of financial transactions in financial database
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Other duties as required

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven accounting experience, preferably in both AR/AP
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• Associate’s degree or higher required, relevant certification is a plus

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with the possibility of growing into more hours over time.
