Svetness Personal Training is looking for a qualified appointment setter to join our fast growing team of professionals.

Job Duties:

• Contact potential clients to set up appointments for a free consultation by our fitness consultant team
• Excellent communication skills over the phone
• The ability to interact and communicate with clients via phone, email, and texts
• Experience in a call center or customer service position is preferred
• This position is Full Time and requires the ability to work from home or our office
• Making over 200 calls per day to leads
• Sending over 200 email and text messages a day to leads

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to make phone calls, send emails and texts 
• Requires sitting for about 8 hours a day
• Requires working with the computer for 8 hours per day
• Must be able to work with various office equipment’s
• Must be 18 years or older
