ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role: Vice President II - Technology Relationship Banking This position is on the fast-paced Climate Tech and Sustainability Team, where we provide amazing service and incredible products to companies focused on solving some of the most important problems of our time. The Technology Relationship Management role is responsible for acquiring, orchestrating, and growing entire client and ecosystem relationships; deepening relationships within the C-Suite; consulting on, and cross-selling, the entire SVB platform (i.e. Treasury management to Debt financing to the Private Bank, etc.) to address client business and personal needs; orchestrating cross-functional SVB teams to optimize the client experience; and building real relationships to differentiate SVB with all key influencers in the market. Core responsibilities include new business development and expansion of existing relationships, as well as, originating, advising on, and negotiating financing solutions for SVB Commercial Bank clients. Responsibilities: Responsible for relationship management of commercial bank clients, and delivery of core commercial banking products (debt financing, treasury management, FX, investments, etc) and broader SVB financial services (private bank, wealth advisory, etc). Advising on, originating, and negotiating financing solutions for Commercial Bank clients Provides support to MDs and Directors on strategic relationships, as well as individually develops relationships with executives and influencers in the ecosystem Responsible for new business development and expansion of existing relationships Focuses on SVB's Success Drivers and Corporate Goals through collaboration with appropriate business units and through smart risk-taking, and appropriate credit monitoring. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally from $142,239.00 to $213,359.00 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
