Direct Care Professionals must have:
Must have experience assisting a recipient with eating and meal preparation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other self-care activities of daily living. The service also includes activities such assistance with bed making and vacuuming when these activities are essential to the health, safety and welfare of the client and when no one else is available to perform them. Must be willing to take recipient out into the community.
A minimum of one-year experience working as DSP or with a vulnerable population OR equivalent college credits in a related field.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license (Preferred) or Current ID
Must be at least 21yrs/old
Must be able to pass a local background check, a criminal FBI/FDLE level 2 background screening
Must have a strong work ethic: dependable & passionate that is reflected in your work history
