Front Desk and Inbound Sales Associate

Evening and Weekends Front Desk and Inbound Sales Associate
Part-Time.
Salary: $15.00-17.00 /hourly.
Description:
We are a premier property management company located in mid-Missouri seeking to add a skilled Front Desk and Inbound Sales Associate (PT) to our team. If you are looking for a rewarding career in real estate, property management, or sales, then this may be a great opportunity for you!
Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Experience in customer service and/or property management is preferred; good knowledge of administration, office management, and/or real estate is preferred; computer literacy is required; must have good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. This position should have availability from 9:00AM to 8:00 PM.
Education and Work Experience: 
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • No college degree or real estate license required.
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Answer incoming phone calls from current tenants, prospective renters, clients, owners, vendors, etc.
  • Convert incoming inquiries to confirmed showing appointments.
  • Assist applicant in finding the property that best meets their needs. 
  • Collect rent and properly organize payments.
  • Answer basic questions regarding maintenance and enter/coordinate work orders for our tenants. 
  • Take detailed notes and messages for agents and property managers and deliver them promptly.
  • Work with multiple databases and CRM’s, including Chime, Showingtime, FlexMLS, and Appfolio. 
  • Communicate efficiently via phone, text, email, and/or in-person. 
  • Assist with general office work (answering phones, filing, etc.) 
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Show Rental properties on occasion.
Requirements: 
  • Nights and weekend availability is required. 
  • Must be exceptionally detail oriented and organized. 
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills. 
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Must be flexible and task-oriented. 
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team.
