Job Details:
- First shift, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Implement Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs for compliance of products and processes per regulatory requirements
- Implement HACCP & SQF programs, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Food Defense & Security
- Ensure good manufacturing practices are followed
- Follow the approved supplier program
- Perform/inspect plant sanitation including pest control, chemical control, allergen programs, and foreign material control
- Assist in the implementation of employee training, traceability, and recall programs
Position Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- PCQI certification is preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills with personnel
- Good math skills
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and SQF is a major asset
- Willing to be certified in necessary requirements
