Supportive Living Solutions is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near St Paul, MN

MORE DEETS ON THE ROLE:

You'll be on a team based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul, serving as a trusted business partner and strategist in all areas of Human Resources. You will be providing day-to-day guidance for organizational leaders and HR support to all team members.

Specific duties include:

  • Team Member administration including job descriptions, new hire enrollment, change management, terminations, and leaves of absence
  • Managing and processing bi-weekly payroll
  • Benefit management and communication
  • Overseeing performance management and corrective action
  • Ensuring policies are in line with employment laws
  • Reporting HR metrics, annual EEOC reporting, work comp, and MN unemployment
  • Leading the HR team, including an HR Coordinator

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of professional HR experience required
  • 4-year degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to drive to programs within the Twin Cities

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

  • Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (in-person; this is not a remote role)
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (salaried, exempt role)
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, PTO, 401K and more (after 90 days of full-time employment)
