The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole customer experience for our ‘Software as a Service’ products.

We take an innovative and challenging approach to Customer Success. Instead of providing a conventional type of support, the Customer Success Team at SCW leverages BI dashboards, IoT devices, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to monitor and predict potential issues and provide proactive and preventive support. Therefore, this role requires a “can do”, “can learn”, “can support” attitude.

 We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Specialist, who will:

  •  Continuously monitor client status to ensure issue-free usage of the products.
  • Understand business challenges and cases, directly solve problems or translate them into internal mechanisms to resolve problems.
  • Be proactive in identifying issues and cases on behalf of clients to maximize the value they get out of our products.
  • Advocate client requirements among internal teams and support internal product development lifecycle.
  • Create and organize documentation to maintain a knowledge base, user manuals and training materials.
  • Prepare and present periodic business reports.

Desired Skills and Experience

 The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Exceptionally good writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and detail oriented analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in BI Tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience with software product support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python and/or R) for modelling, automated reporting and data visualization is a plus.
  • Experience with database query languages like SQL is a plus.
  • Additional language skills in German, Portuguese, Dutch is a plus.
