The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole customer experience for our ‘Software as a Service’ products.
We take an innovative and challenging approach to Customer Success. Instead of providing a conventional type of support, the Customer Success Team at SCW leverages BI dashboards, IoT devices, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to monitor and predict potential issues and provide proactive and preventive support. Therefore, this role requires a “can do”, “can learn”, “can support” attitude.
