SUMMARY:
Presidential Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and innovative Area Manager that is eager to grow with our company. In essence, this positioncould be the future of the company. The Arean Manager will report directly to the President of PSI and work collaboratively with the Area Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of several properties and approximately 49 full and part-time employees. This is an exempt position, and the salary is commensurate with experience. PSI will offer flex scheduling for this position as she/he will be required to work evenings and occasional weekends. Further monetary incentives include annual bonuses based on performance and the retention of contracts, commission based on identifying new cleaning contracts, and holiday bonuses.
