Product Marketing is central to SuperAwesome’s culture, business, and mission – shaping a compelling story to our customers through sales collateral, influencing marketing materials, and product roadmaps.

SuperAwesome is looking for a passionate, customer-centric Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative, articulate, and collaborative storyteller that puts the customer at the forefront. The ideal candidate will be able to understand and simplify the technical, the practical and the big picture to drive market adoption.

The Product Marketing team crafts the voice of SuperAwesome and our solutions and works cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Market Strategy, and Business Unit leads to ensure our narrative is consistent and resonant with our target audience. ‬This is a highly visible and cross-functional team that works with many diverse stakeholders to tell the SuperAwesome story. 

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be involved in developing product-centric content, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies. You will be reporting to our Senior Manager of Product Marketing.

In this role, you will

• Build concise and compelling collateral through narratives that resonate with our customers.
• Drive global go-to-market rollouts and strategic initiatives across teams in collaboration with cross-functional leads to drive adoption and usage of marketing materials
• Influence and partner with marketing counterparts (e.g. Demand Generation, Insights, Content) on product-directed messaging
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear value-based positioning in a rapidly changing marketplace
• Maintain consistent and sharp product positioning throughout internal and external communications
• Develop strong narratives with our customers at the core

What we're looking for

• 4 years of relevant work experience in B2B product marketing or sales enablement for an ad tech company, strategy agency, or gaming company.
• Experience project managing cross-functional teams and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Inquisitive, asks good questions, and driven by curiosity
• Self-motivated with a bias toward action; you move the ball forward with organization and project management finesse
• Knack for simplifying complex concepts – a great copywriter, verbal communicator, and visual storyteller
