The position:

We are looking for beginner to intermediate residential installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs as well as have residential solar installation experience.

Do you fit this description?:

• Residential Solar Installation experience
• Able to map out the arrays on a roof as well as install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed

• Able to work with the Foreman and Team Lead to ensure proper and efficient installation of our solar panels on residential rooftops
• Comfortable with heights

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Solar Installation (preferred)
• Ability to map out solar arrays

• Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)
• Roofing experience (preferred)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
• Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
• Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)

Pay:

We start at $20/hr for Junior Installers and offer a panel pay ***BONUS*** which STARTS at $2 per panel and increases respective to positions!

***(YOU WILL RECEIVE BOTH THE HOURLY RATE AS WELL AS THE PANEL BONUS, NOT JUST ONE OR THE OTHER)***

Hours/Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, first shift schedule
• No overnight installs, you are home every night!
