Imagine working in a professionally satisfying job where you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our organization and customers every day. The Service Coordinator will be focused on answering customer calls, updating customers on project progress and scheduling service technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer phone calls
• Outbound and inbound phone calls to customers with project progress updates and to answer questions
• Must be comfortable with confrontation and de-escalation
• Record all communications and activities with customers in AMPs
• Support customers directly, when needed, to help address their concerns
• Work with Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel
• Help identify ways to improve and help make those improvements
• Handle other customer support issues as needed
• Pull reporting to monitor solar related issues

Requirements

•  Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience
• Must have experience working directly with individual consumers 
• Must have inbound and outbound call experience
• Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and tasks.
• Must have MS Office including Outlook, and Google Tools experience
• Must be fluent with Spanish and English, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle job pressure from customers, scheduling issues, and other areas of the operation
• Most important, must be dependable, highly motivated, and able to work independently
