JOB DESCRIPTION: TEACHER
Are you passionate about caring for and nurturing young children? Do you want to help prepare them for a lifetime of learning adventures? We're looking for enthusiastic Teachers like you to make a difference in the lives of our little sunshines. Your role will involve introducing them to the wonders of organized education while showering them with love and patience.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree or ECE equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in childcare or education.
- Reliability in attendance is required with commitment to your team.
- A deep understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
- Exceptional communication and instructional skills.
- The ability to connect with children, earning their trust and attention.
- A cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable nature.
- A perfect blend of creativity and practicality.
- Certification in child CPR, obtainable after employment if not already obtained.
