Wage Range: $16 - $18 per hour

This is for part-time, weekends position.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Support health services team with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider’s orders

·Monitor health, safety, and well-being of the residents. Promptly report any changes in

resident’s physical condition and/or behavior to Health Services Director

·Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities,

incidents, and observations

·Properly store and clean equipment supporting the health services team.

·Support in securing correct labeling and organization

·Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating

·Immediately respond to resident emergencies; provide first aid assistance; debrief and document incident following company procedures

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·High school diploma or equivalent required

·Meet state related requirements (if applicable to position)

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·Six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

·Current and valid first aid and CPR certification

·Previous experience in senior living, preferred

·Maintain personnel, resident, and business proprietary and/or confidential matters/material in strict confidence with management of the company (and/or other company staff as needed)

·Maintainscertifications asnecessary such as First Aid, to fulfill stateregulations (if applicable)
