Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for a service advisor. The service advisor manages service operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment by optimizing service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This individual manages the entire work order cycle process and sells service labor and parts ensuring all techs are highly productive so that budgets and goals are met. What You'll Do
The service advisor schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees in the service department according to their skills and knowledge, generates estimates for recommended repairs, and reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to billing. In addition, the service advisor facilitates equipment trucking and updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders. This individual works with the regional or location service manager to identify and execute continuous process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the service advisor ensures all service warranty and product improvement programs are completed and submitted to the centralized warranty administrator within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit. The service advisor also maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications
What's Required

• 3-4 years of experience in service department operations
• Ag/Turf
• Strong computer skills:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Internet functions
• Ability to effectively lead a team and hold people accountable
• Basic understanding of financial principles relative to service department
• Can perform duties with some assistance and guidance
• Not yet able to quote Large Ag jobs independently, explain diagnosis and repairs tocustomers without assistance
• Requires shop foreman or manager assistance
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High School Diploma

What's Preferred

• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
• 4 years of experience in service department operations
