Food and Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time) – Maderas Golf Club Job Summary: Maderas Golf Club is a beautiful, picturesque, top-rated Golf Club tucked within the rolling hills of Poway. Located 5 miles from the I-15 freeway off Rancho Bernardo Road, and 8 miles from Highway 67. We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Hours of Operation range from 6:30am - 6:30pm. Monday – Sunday. Great opportunity for work/life balance. No Dinner service at Maderas but will be asked for preparation pertaining to certain banquets. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall success and performance of the dining team, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team, while setting and enforcing standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus tipsJob Responsibilities:Ensure the quality of all food and beverages served to customers meets or exceeds standards.Coordinate and monitor the ordering of food and beverage supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all food and beverage service areas and equipment.Train, supervise and evaluate food and beverage staff to ensure quality and efficient service. Ensure all food and beverage safety and health regulations are strictly adhered toSchedule staff shifts and assign duties to ensure efficient and effective service.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.Resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor customer feedback and recommend changes to improve service and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement pricing and menu changes as required.Job RequirementsMust have current San Diego Food Handlers Card.2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working knowledge of inventory management and cost control Ability to train and supervise staff.
