This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend
Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week
Pay is $57/hr W2 hourly or $63/hr 1099 (CTC)

It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, just to make you aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.
Job Summary:
The State of WI is seeking a System Administrator with documented experience. The System Administrator will will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, component & assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current hands-on experience in coding, testing and debugging programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2. *Experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) and IBM/DB2.
- Experience with CICS *Experience in conversions for IDMS/DC to CICS, IDMS to DB2 desired.
- Experience in Usability Testing (participate with the users in the system testing of programs).
- Experience in APPC/LU 6.2 or MQ Programming in Cobol-CICS.
- Experience in coding complex DB2 Stored Procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- COBOL Coding, testing & Debugging
- IBM OS/JCL (MVS)
- CICS including Coding, testing & Debugging
- IBM/DB2 including Coding, testing & Debugging
- Experience developing supportive documentation
- Experience in Usability Testing (participate with the users in the system testing of their programs)
