Sunnyside is a not-for-profit Senior Living Life Plan Community located on the edge of Harrisonburg, VA. More than 500 residents call Sunnyside home, across three different levels of living available: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. It takes a significant amount of dedicated team members to provide an array of quality services to make Sunnyside what it is today: a highly rated and well-known community that provides the highest quality of care to its residents. 

We are currently seeking a part-time Resident Services Assistant to support the daily operations of our Residential Living department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to orient new Independent Living residents, assist residents with the planning process for moving within our continuum of care, direct resident and guest questions via phone and in-person, and much more!

Requirements

• Sunnyside requires all team members to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative/Clerical experience highly preferred.
• Strong desire to work in Senior Living.
• Must be comfortable operating office equipment including a variety of computer software, copier machines, and fax machines.
