Job Title: Floor Technician
Location: 3935 Sunnyside Drive Harrisonburg VA 22801; Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing
Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM and every 5th weekend

Position Overview
Sunnyside's Environmental Services team provides support for residents across all levels of living. We have a team of two floor technicians with support from other housekeeping staff and an Environmental Services Supervisor and Director. Floor Technicians primarily support our main building which is home to Assisted Living and Long-Term Care residents.
General Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of our Floor Technician is to maintain the quality and safety of all floor surfaces through routine and requested maintenance. This includes vacuuming, shampooing, buffering, and mopping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in floor maintenance is preferred.
