Summit Home Care is Hiring a Nurse Supervisor, RN Near Brooklyn, NY
Summit Home Care, a leader in the home care community is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for our rapidly growing healthcare agency.
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supervising home health aides and LPNs in patient homes
- Conducting clinical orientation for newly hired HHA staff
- Conducting clinical orientation for newly hired LPN staff - including hands on skilled training
- Conducting nursing assessment visits, both in-person and telehealth and reviewing nursing assessment visits by other nurses
- Updating MAR/TAR for PDN patients monthly and as needed
- Reporting to Quality Supervisor of any hospitalizations, incidents and patient satisfaction issues

Position Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, licensed to work in New York
- New graduates welcome

- Ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records
