Summit Home Care is Hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Near Monmouth County, NJ
Summit is seeking a COTA (Occupational Therapists Assistant) that will perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings for individuals we serve with an intellectual or developmental disability. Our growing therapy department has a need for COTAs, OTs as well as PTs and SLPs in Ocean and Monmouth County and has immediate per diem shifts.
Job Requirements:
- Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential
- Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
- Trustworthiness and dependability so individuals and their families feel comfortable relying on them
- All New Hires including New Grads will be supported and mentored
